By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. AI Dating 3.0 is a high-investment platform designed for serious connections.

• To maintain a high-quality environment, users must respond to active matches within 48 hours.
• Monitoring: Our AI agent, Aria, monitors chat activity.
• The 3-Strike Rule: Three instances of "ghosting" (failing to respond within 48 hours) will trigger a mandatory re-commitment interview.
• Banning: Further violations result in a permanent ban. This action is final, with NO REFUND and NO RIGHT OF APPEAL.

All fees paid for subscriptions or digital items are non-refundable, including in the event of account termination for policy violations.

Users must be 18+ and complete the 50-question foundational survey to access matching features.
